J. Michael Kemp, Sr.

J. Michael (Mike) Kemp, Sr. is CEO of Streemline, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KMS. Mike is also the Founder and CEO of KMS. KMS was named back-to-back as an INC 5000 fastest growing company in the US.  With more than 32 years in the construction industry, he has managed or built more than $6.8 billion dollars in construction projects. With a commitment to excellence and leadership combined with his industry experience, Mike is able to provide relevant consulting to our clients and guidance to the Streemline organization.

Mike studied mathematics at Alabama State and Civil Engineering at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
